let's act together at 360
Why choose one cause when you can act on every front?
Support several actions at once (access to water, food aid, education and the environment) and strengthen practical, lasting local projects.
Nothing is inevitable, as long as we keep coming together and taking action!

360 is a project that acts urgently when vital needs are under threat.
Our 360° projects are carried out in many countries. They can begin in emergencies such as conflicts or natural disasters. We then help people rebuild, while enabling them to prepare for future disasters and reduce their harmful impact.

How are my donations used in LIFE's 360° projects?
All donations received are invested directly in our projects in the field. Your contribution can help drill a well, build a school canteen or fund training programmes (agroforestry, tree nurseries, infrastructure maintenance, etc.). Every donation is used transparently and efficiently to maximise the impact on the communities we serve.
How does LIFE decide how funds are allocated?
Funds are allocated based on a careful assessment of local needs (health, education, environment, food security, access to safe drinking water, etc.). We work closely with communities to identify their priorities and direct resources to the actions that will have the greatest impact.
Can I choose the specific project I want to support?
Donors contribute to a common fund rather than to specific projects. This allows us to direct resources where they are most needed, according to communities' current needs. Projects are carried out in several different villages.
How can I follow the impact of my donation?
We believe in transparency and accountability. Once you have donated, you will receive regular updates from our organisation on the progress of the projects you support. We provide detailed reports and testimonies from beneficiaries so you can see the direct impact of your contribution.
How much of my donation actually goes to projects in the field?
We are committed to using the majority of your donations directly for projects in the field. A very small share is set aside for the administrative costs needed to manage funds efficiently and transparently. We publish detailed financial reports to ensure transparency and earn our donors' trust.
How are the local communities that benefit from the projects selected?
We carry out an in-depth assessment of needs in different countries and regions, working with local authorities and partner organisations. Communities are selected according to criteria such as limited access to basic resources, development potential and residents' commitment to taking an active part in the projects. Their commitment is essential to a project's success.
How long does a 360° project last on average?
Projects last from a few months to a few years, but follow-up to see how each achievement develops continues over several years. Some projects, such as drilling wells, can be completed in a few months. Training programmes and creating vegetable gardens are long-term projects. But all of them need ongoing follow-up over several years.
What do you do to make projects sustainable once they are finished?
We actively involve local communities in every phase of LIFE's projects, from planning to implementation and ongoing management. We also provide training so that residents can maintain and develop the infrastructure in the long term, making the initiatives as sustainable as possible.
What are the main challenges in helping local communities become self-reliant?
Some of the main challenges in helping local communities become self-reliant include a lack of financial resources, cultural and social barriers, and resistance to change. For every humanitarian project, it is essential to work closely with local communities to overcome these challenges and achieve real, lasting impact.
How can members of local communities take an active part in becoming self-reliant?
Members of local communities can take an active part by joining in decision-making, helping to carry out projects, sharing their knowledge and experience, and organising to stand up for their shared interests and needs.
Can I take part in LIFE's projects in the field?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome donors and volunteers who wish to see our 360° projects up close and contribute directly. Volunteering programmes are available and we will be delighted to welcome you for a rewarding experience in the field.
What do you do in an emergency or natural disaster in the countries where you work?
In an emergency, we quickly redirect resources to meet the immediate needs of affected communities. We also have contingency plans in place to ensure a fast, effective response, keeping the impact on ongoing projects to a minimum.
