ACCESS TO WATER
According to reports by Solidarités International, 2.6 million people die every year because they have no access to safe drinking water.
That's because unsafe water spreads waterborne diseases and serious parasitic infections that can attack the vital organs of the most vulnerable: children, women and older people. For their lives to go on, sustainable water and sanitation projects, wells in particular, are vital.
