LIFE: a warning about excessive generosity

Since 2009, LIFE has stood out for its unwavering commitment to bringing safe drinking water to everyone. In many parts of the world, safe water is still precious, even a luxury. For many communities, getting clean water is a daily struggle.

With more than 2,000 wells dug so far, we bring safe drinking water to the places that need it, breaking the cycle of thirst and waterborne disease. Every well we dig is far more than a water source. It's a source of hope, health and change.

Millions of meals

Through our 1 euro = 1 meal campaign, we provide more than 20 million meals every year. Our commitment to food for all goes beyond a short-term fix. Every meal we provide brings the world a step closer to a future without hunger. And our mission goes beyond food: we aim to restore dignity and offer hope.

Warning: hectares of forest

Deforestation is a wake-up call for the whole planet. Forests are the Earth's green lungs, vital for regulating the climate, protecting biodiversity and keeping the air we breathe clean. "Sapousse" is our bold answer to this problem. We don't just plant trees: we plant sustainable trees, chosen to thrive and support the health of our planet. We have already planted 250,000 trees, the equivalent of 10 hectares of forest. That's a significant step towards a greener future.

Warning: education for all

Lack of access to education is an all too common obstacle in many countries. It's a major challenge affecting 244 million children aged 6 to 18 who are still out of school.

Every child deserves the right to an education. Through our "School for All" programme, we are changing lives. Sponsoring a child's schooling is much more than a simple act of generosity. It's an investment in the future. Every child who is educated becomes a driver of change and hope.
