Every Ramadan, LIFE steps up its meal distributions in the world's most remote crisis zones and humanitarian disaster areas, so that anyone who is hungry can eat, and so we can share moments of solidarity together. This Ramadan is a chance to look back on Ramadan 2021.

What a year Ramadan 2021 turned out to be! Thanks to your generosity, more than 6.3 million meals were shared across 21 countries. From Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia...) to Africa (Mali, Morocco, Niger...) and the Middle East (Palestine, Lebanon...), you brought smiles back to entire families. Looking back on Ramadan 2021, it's important to stress that your donations reached people in real distress. In Palestine, LIFE travelled the streets of Gaza handing out food parcels to families in need, widows and orphans. In Somalia, we supported families hit hard by drought and famine. In 2022, let's do even more with your generosity!

LIFE is getting its teams ready to distribute food parcels in 20 countries, including Palestine, Somalia and Senegal, as well as to the Rohingya and to Yemeni and Syrian refugees. The parcels contain staples such as oil, rice, sugar, dates and pasta.

These goods are bought from local traders and meet the real needs of the people receiving them. So let's give those most in need what they need during this month of sharing, solidarity and love.
