“LIFE: the NGO that turns every euro into a meal”! The title of the article published in The Tribune In recent days, we are talking about one of LIFE's flagship programs to fight hunger: 1 euro = 1 meal.

Its concept is simple, but effective. Each euro donated is transparently transformed into a concrete meal for those who need it. Since the creation of the organization in 2009, this action has enabled the distribution of millions of meals around the world. It has improved the daily lives of thousands of people.
And every year, LIFE mobilizes all energies for 1 symbolic month. The teams are on the alert to generate as much enthusiasm as possible from the donors - LifeChangers. In 2023, more than 8 million meals were distributed in 30 days thanks to the precious donations collected. This year, the goal is set at 10 million meals!

1 euro = 1 meal It's not just numbers. On the ground, the results say a lot. In 2023 we distributed food packages in Morocco, Bangladesh and Madagascar. We organized emergency assistance in Somalia in response to the floods and set up food aid in Lebanon and Morocco. And this list of examples is far from being exhaustive!

The article by La Tribune also highlights the great history of our NGO. From a neighborhood association, in a few years it became a reference international organization present in more than 25 countries. We strive to contribute in a sustainable and efficient way to the well-being of the most fragile communities, while encouraging their autonomy and their progress.
